Refunds/Return Policy
We are certain that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, our refund and return policy is 30 days. You may request a full refund or exchange for unused products in the original packaging. Perishable items such as sea moss gels are not eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In some instances refunds may be denied or partially granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- All sale items
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We will respond to your request and provide you with return instructions within 48 hours. Once your returned product is received we will send an email notifying you of receipt and advise of next steps for your return/refund request.
Refunds:
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item you may request an exchange for the same item.
Shipping returns:
You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible to ensure delivery of your return, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen during the return shipping process.
